Death And Aging

Society seems to be obsessed with all the stylish anti-aging treatments, lifestyles and products that pop out every so ofttimes on the market. When in the past, anti-aging products were produced mainly for people into their fifties, now there are anti-aging products for women as early as 30.

The Tibetans have a manual called, 'The Tibetan Book of the Dead" and it sounds morbid to an outsider it actually shows the rest of the world a looking into a culture that is at peace with and has accepted death as an important part of the manlike condition. Meanwhile, everywhere else around the world there is a great race and battle against aging.

This anti-aging obsession crapper be attributed to the fact that, we are all terrified at the thought of dying. This is why we constantly deny the fact that we are getting old and getting closer to death through aesthetical products and services.

We are constantly intelligent for the artful fountain of youth that will keep us young forever. However, the actualization of this phenomenon could actually be catastrophic. Imagine if every individualist lived forever and stayed young eternally. That would have catastrophic effects on manlike evolution and the bag we call earth.

While there is nothing wrong with wanting to look attractive and youthful, a line must be drawn between healthy vanity and an unhealthy obsession. Our lives shouldn't have to be lived as a constant labour of war in an anti-aging battle.

Instead of focusing on the inevitable we need to learn to live our lives to the fullest all the time because if we move on this anti-aging obsession then before we undergo it, our life has become close to its end and all we've really accomplished was to deny the fact that ontogeny old is a natural aspect of manlike life.

The truth is, we need not fear ontogeny old if we live our life wisely. This is akin to beatific time management. If we don't spend our inform regretting the time or bedevilment about the future, we crapper actually have more time to spend on important things like actually living.

The Tibetans because of their culture are very such at peace and have accepted death as an integral part of living. In fact, the key they say to living is to understand and accept he inevitability of death. In this awareness they are able to give proper importance to every moment, living it like it were their last.
